El concurso “Crea por Chile” convocó a la ciudadanía a enviar ideas de soluciones concretas para las familias afectadas por el terremoto del 27 de Febrero en Chile. Los requisitos más importantes de diseño era que estuvieran en un formato “hágalo usted mismo”, que fueran de bajo costo y de fácil implementación, con un plazo de 30 días. A continuación les dejo algunas de las propuestas ganadoras.
